Why the Cost?
Quality Control
Our scalehouse is equipped with cameras so we can properly manage every load coming into the yard. This extra step ensures the best products for our customers. We are strict about recycling!
The Extra Cost
We have a team on the ground who are trained to make sure all materials are clean and free of debris before they go into the crusher. They pick what our magnets cannot, that is why we charge additional disposal fees for loads that require extra handling.
Soil Reclamation Process
Step 1
Our scalehouse is equipped with cameras so we can properly manage every load coming into the yard. This extra step ensures the best products for our customers. We are strict about recycling!
Step 2
The wash plant is a closed loop system that uses mechanical separation, washing, filter press and water treatment to process the contaminated material. All materials are contained within the process.
Step 3
The reuse facility is designed to recycle over 90% of all water used in the treatment and separation process.
Step 4
All contaminants are scrubbed from the products and isolated in a cake. The isolated contaminated material represents 10-15% of original volume and will be removed from site to an appropriate disposal facility.
